• Develop knowledge, reflexes and attitudes in the field of Dependability.
• Convince and be convinced to place Dependability at the core of a project to guarantee its success.

At the end of the training, the trainee will:

• Understand how to organize the start and maintain the management of Dependability activities.

• Domain Definition
• The manager’s roles
• Key concepts

Relationship to the domain

• Be familiar with the context
• Own the project
• Define the RAMS activities to be performed (studies, analyses, calculations, etc.)
• Align with the project development cycle
• Insist on the Dependability involvement at every stage of the project

Relations and interactions

• With other domains (System Engineering, Logistics Support, Electronics, Mechanical, Software, V&V, Quality, etc.)
• With the hierarchy (operational, managerial)

Technical file and prerequisites

• List of essential input data for a good start (functional analyses, organization chart, objectives and major issues, etc.)
